Location: Phuket, Thailand
Full-Time: Morning to early afternoon daytime shifts only.
Competitive Salary: Plus bonus profit share of the company’s future growth.
Required Experience: Minimum 3 years as a general cook in high quality kitchens.

The Role
As our Kitchen Operations Lead, you will oversee the daily operations of our kitchen and
production team, ensuring that every dish we prepare meets our high standards. You’ll play a
key role in streamlining workflows, managing people, and upholding food quality as we scale
our business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys
leading a small but dedicated team, and takes pride in building strong operational systems to
deliver high quality outcomes.

Responsibilities
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a small team of kitchen staff to
achieve daily production targets.
• Operational Oversight: Organize workflows and ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen
operations.
• Quality Control: Maintain consistent food standards, presentation, and flavour while
implementing improvements.
• Inventory & Procurement: Monitor stock levels, manage suppliers, and reduce waste
through efficient planning.
• Innovation: Identify opportunities to improve processes, implement new systems, and
support menu development.

Skills & Capability
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a culinary leadership or kitchen management role
(cooking, catering or food production).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in training and leading a small team is a distinct advantage.
• Ability to manage costs, inventory, and suppliers effectively.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a growth mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English with Thai language skills a must.
