What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and refine the restaurant's Japanese-inspired menu, ensuring consistently high-quality dishes
- Oversee the day-to-day kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision
- Maintain the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and service
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and motivating work environment for the kitchen team
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall dining experience

What we're looking for;
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef De Cuisine or Sous Chef, preferably in a high-end Japanese or Asian-fusion restaurant

- Proven track record of creating innovative, visually appealing, and delicious Japanese cuisine

- Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety, and kitchen management

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

- Proficient in both Thai and English, with exceptional attention to detail

- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
