Total Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 THB
• Strong European cuisine knowledge
• Proven experience in a quality independent dining restaurant
• Strong leadership & communication skills, hands-on approach
• Good understanding of Food Safety & Kitchen Hygiene
• Able to work under pressure during busy service periods
• Team player with high responsibility and commitment
• English communication ability for working with international staff/customers
