Social Media & Content Manager (F&B Group)
Salary: 60,000 -80,000 THB

Locations:
Cafe 8.98 (Ao Nang & Phi Phi) & CRU Kitchen & Bar - All located in Krabi, Thailand

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid (3 davs on-site for content/presence, 2 davs remote)

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager (5-7+ years exp.) to lead our digital presence.
Your main focus is Instagram, but you will also oversee Facebook, TikTok, and Google.
We need a specialist with a great eye for detail to capture our vibe and turn followers into guests.
This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule, ty requrino 3 days on-site for content capture and team
collaboration, with 1-2 days of work-from-home flexibility for eding and strategy.

What you will do:
1. Instagram Strategy: Manage the visual grid, create engaging Reelstories, and maintain a high-
standard aesthetic.
2.Content Creation: Handle photography and short-form video (stylish, appeting, and on-brand).
3. Ads & Growth: Execute and optimize paid ads to drive foot traffic and bookings.
4. Presence & Community: Keep all platforms updated (inc. Google Maps) and manage online
reputation/reviews.

Qualifications:
- Open to both Thai and Foreign nationals (must be eligible for relevant work pernitivisa
processing).
- 5-7+ years experience in Social Media or Content Marketing (F&B/Hospitalty preferred).
- Strong aesthetic sense--expert at creating "saveable" and "shareable" content.
- Practical photo/video skills and the ability travel between Ao Nang & Phi Phi for on-site days.
- Self-motivated and able to to manage time effively between on-site content days and remofe office
days.
