Position : Spa Host
Job Description:
- Welcome and assist guests professionally from the moment they arrive at the spa.
- Coordinate with therapists and spa team for scheduling appointments.
- Provide information about spa services, packages, and promotions to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa area.
- Handle administrative tasks, including booking and recording guest information.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in hospitality or spa services is an advantage.
- Good English communication skills.
- Pleasant personality, friendly, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to work well in a team and under pressure.
