Job Opening: Sales Representative (Sinara Pool Villa Project)

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our office team and manage sales for our upcoming Villa Project in Thalang.

Location: Thalang, next to UWC & Thanyapura
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: 6 months (renewable)
Schedule: 6 days a week (full-time, office-based)
Compensation: Fixed salary + attractive commission on sales

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle client inquiries, project presentations, and site visits

- Present our ready show unit to prospective buyers

- Build and maintain relationships with buyers

- Contact and collaborate with real estate agencies & independent agents to promote the project

- Drive sales and achieve targets

Requirements:

- Experience in real estate sales preferred

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Professional, motivated, and customer-focused
