Position : Spa Receptionist (Chinese Speaking)
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred for some luxury brands.
Language Skills
Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is essential.
Good command of English (spoken and written) is often required.
Experience
Prior customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not always required.
Experience in spa or wellness environments is a plus.
Technical Skills
Familiarity with booking software and POS systems.
Basic computer literacy.
Soft Skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A well-groomed and professional appearance.
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
