Sales Manager (EVENT)

Main Responsibilities
-- Identify and pursue new business opportunities (corporate events , conferences, exhibitions, etc.)
-- Respond to inquiries and proactively reach out to potential clients
-- Conduct sales presentations and site inspections
-- Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts

Client Relationship Management
-- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
-- Understand client needs and tailor event solutions according

Event Coordination Support
-- Work closely with event planning and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
-- Communicate client expectations, timelines, and special requests to internal teams
-- Attend events as needed to oversee client experience and troubleshoot issue

Requirement
-- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field (required)
-- 3–5 years of experience in event sales, business development, or hospitality sales
-- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
-- Experience managing B2B or B2C client relationships, particularly in the events or hospitality industry
-- Prior experience coordinating with event planning or operations teams is a strong advantage
-- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
-- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
-- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach
-- High level of professionalism and client service orientation
-- Ability to lead and mentor junior sales staff (if applicable)
-- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-- Comfortable handling high-value contracts and proposals
-- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends for events or client meetings
-- Ability to travel for client visits, site inspections, or industry events
-- Deep understanding of market trends in events, exhibitions, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), or related sectors
