Position : Chief Steward
- Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and HACCP standards.
- Ability to manage stewarding operations
- Familiarity with waste management and recycling procedures.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations in the kitchen and F&B areas.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
- Detail-oriented and discipline in hygiene and cleanliness.
- Proactive, organized, and service-minded.
