Position : Front Office Manager
Responsibilities
• Oversee the daily operations of the front office, including check-in/out, reservations, and guest relations
• Manage and train front office staff to deliver excellent service
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Monitor performance and maintain high standards of service quality
Qualifications
• Male/Female, age 35 or above
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in position.
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Service-minded with a professional appearance
