Position : Villa Host Supervisor
Job Detail
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years experience in Front Office or Butler Service in a luxury resort.
Excellent communication skills in English (and Thai preferred).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Flexible and able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Knowledge of PMS (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
