Position : Island Transfer Manager

Job Detail

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily boat transfer schedules for guests and staff.
- Ensure safety, punctuality, and high-quality service for all transfers.
- Manage and monitor boat crew, drivers, and port staff performance.
- Work closely with Front Office, Concierge, and Reservations to coordinate guest arrivals and departures.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or unexpected issues related to transfers.
- Control transfer expenses and prepare related operational reports.
- Ensure boats and equipment are properly maintained in cooperation with the Engineering department.
- Train and motivate transfer staff to deliver excellent service.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in transportation or logistics management, preferably in resorts or island operations.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of safety procedures and boat operations is an advantage.
- Problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
