1. Proven experience in Wholesale and Leisure sales segment
– Strong background in managing DMCs, wholesalers, and OTAs (e.g., Hotelbeds, WebBeds, Expedia TAAP, etc.).

2. Solid understanding of hotel pricing and distribution structures
– Proficient in Static and Dynamic rate contracts, allocation models, package inclusions, and rate parity management.

3. Comprehensive knowledge of international leisure markets and traveler behavior
– Particularly in key source markets such as China, India, Korea, and Europe.

4. Excellent negotiation and closing skills
– Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with partners and clients.

5. Analytical and strategic mindset
– Capable of analyzing production reports, pick-up trends, and market data to develop effective sales strategies.

6. Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
– Confident in presenting proposals and communicating with international clients.

7. Professional appearance with a friendly and flexible personality
– Able to perform effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.

8. Familiarity with IHG systems and standards
– Including IHG Concerto, Workbench, and IHG One Rewards.

9. Collaborative team player
– Works effectively with Revenue, Reservation, and Marketing teams to achieve common sales objectives.

10. Strong understanding of the Holiday Inn Express brand concept
– Focused on promoting “Smart Stay, Great Value, and Excellent Location.”
