Position : Asst. HK Manager
Job Detail
JOB SPECIFICATION:
1. Assisting the Executive Housekeeper in the supervision of the day-to-day operation.
2. Acting on behalf of the Executive Housekeeper in her/his absence as assigned.
3. Supervising and training Housekeeping Team members ensure all meet the Hotel Standard.
4. Assisting Executive Housekeeper in personnel related matters such as interviewing, appraising and counseling.
5. Assisting in monitoring and controlling, on an on-going basis, departmental costs to ensure the budget controlling.
6. Assisting in the preparation of the Housekeeping Departmental Budget.
7. Conducting Job Orientation Training for newly employed associates.
8. Responsible for the proper flow of communication to the Executive Housekeeper on all matters affecting the Housekeeping Department.
9. Possesses knowledge of safety, fire and hygiene regulations and making sure that they are following the procedures.
10. Maintaining appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance and conduct of departmental associates.
11. Controlling Housekeeping procedures including lost and found, key control, security and emergency procedures, health and safety for employees and guest
JOB REQUIREMENT:
• Service focused personality is essential
• Previous experience in international hotel, preferably 4/5 star property
• Prior experience working with Opera System
• Strong communication English skill
