Job Detail

- Assist customers and travel agents with golf holiday enquiries and bookings

- Communicate with golf courses, hotels, and transport providers to confirm arrangements

- Update booking details and customer information in our system

- Provide excellent customer service through email, chat, and phone

- Support the reservations team with general administrative and data-entry tasks

Who We’re Looking For

- Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn – experience in travel is not essential

- Fluent in Thai and excellent written and spoken English

- Strong attention to detail and a positive “can-do” attitude

- Good computer literacy and confidence with online systems

- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed
