Job Position: Administrative & Reservations Assistant
Location: Nomad Beach Club – Phuket
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Position
Nomad Beach Club is seeking a reliable and well-organized Administrative & Reservations Assistant to support our daily operations. This role focuses primarily on handling guest calls and reservations, while also providing general administrative assistance to the General Manager when needed.
Main Responsibilities
Answer and manage phone calls, messages, and emails related to bookings and reservations
Provide accurate information regarding menus, events, and services
Organize and update the reservation system and seating arrangements
Assist the General Manager with administrative tasks, documentation, scheduling, and internal coordination
Prepare basic reports, assist with staff schedules, and support communication between departments
Ensure smooth administrative workflow and uphold a professional standard at all times
Qualifications and Skills
Experience in hospitality, administration, or reception is preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Thai language is an advantage)
Proficient with phone communication, email, and basic computer software
Organized, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
