Position : Admin (Bakery Sales Support)
มาร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในทีมของเรา เพื่อดูแลลูกค้าเบเกอรี่ที่น่ารัก รับออเดอร์สินค้า ทำบิล อัปเดตราคา และช่วยให้ทุกการสั่งซื้อราบรื่นเหมือนขนมอบหอมใหม่จากเตา!
** รายละเอียดงาน **
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้าร้านเบเกอรี่ รับออเดอร์สินค้า และบันทึกข้อมูลการสั่งซื้อ
- จัดทำเอกสารใบเสนอราคา ใบสั่งซื้อ และใบแจ้งหนี้/ใบเสร็จรับเงิน
- อัปเดตราคาสินค้า และแจ้งข้อมูลโปรโมชั่นให้กับลูกค้า
- ตอบคำถาม แก้ไขปัญหา และให้ข้อมูลเบื้องต้นแก่ลูกค้าอย่างสุภาพและรวดเร็ว
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิต ฝ่ายจัดส่ง และฝ่ายบัญชี เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
- จัดเก็บและตรวจสอบข้อมูลลูกค้าให้ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
** คุณสมบัติ **
- เพศหญิงหรือชาย อายุ 22 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. หรือ ปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี และมีใจรักงานบริการ
- ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้ดี (เช่น Excel, Word, LINE, และระบบออกบิล)
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบต่องานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- หากมีประสบการณ์งานแอดมินฝ่ายขาย หรืองานเบเกอรี่จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
