Position : Commis I
- Strong expertise in Thai and Western cuisine.
- Experience with Indian or Arabic cuisine will be a plus.
- Ability to lead and train kitchen staff effectively.
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety standards, and cost control.
