Position : Spa Receptionist Supervisor
Strong knowledge of spa treatments, products, and wellness services.
Excellent customer service and communication skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
Ability to manage reservations, guest inquiries, and daily spa operations efficiently.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, team spirit, and a genuine passion for guest satisfaction and wellbeing.
Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays as per operational needs.
