คุณสมบัติ/Qualification:
- Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or related field. / สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับอนุปริญญาหรือประกาศนียบัตรสาขาศิลปะการทำอาหาร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- Minimum 2 years experience as Demi Chef in a 5star hotel/มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในตำแหน่ง Demi Chef ในโรงแรมระดับ 5 ดาว อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- Strong knowledge of chocolate work and French-style desserts./มีความรู้และทักษะเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับการทำงานช็อกโกแลตและของหวานสไตล์ฝรั่งเศส
- Good skills in production organization and stock management./มีความสามารถในการจัดการการผลิตและควบคุมสต็อกวัตถุดิบได้เป็นอย่างดี
- Able to communicate in English effectively./สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- Knowledge of HACCP standards and food safety practices (Food Safety and Hygiene certification (preferred)/มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับมาตรฐาน HACCP และหลักปฏิบัติด้านความปลอดภัยและสุขอนามัยอาหาร (หากมีใบรับรองด้าน Food Safety and Hygiene จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- Leadership and communication skills aligned with hospitality & ‘can do’ attitude and mindset./มีภาวะผู้นำและทักษะการสื่อสารที่สอดคล้องกับวัฒนธรรมงานบริการ พร้อมทัศนคติแบบ “ทำได้” (Can-do attitude and mindset)
