Location: Ao Nang, Krabi
Job Position : Hotel Manager

The Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including day-to-day staff management and guest services, with a strong focus on operational excellence and hotel performance. The role requires strong leadership and operational skills to maximize profitability while ensuring an excellent guest experience. Key responsibilities include managing and supervising all operational departments, such as:
• Front Office / Reception
• Housekeeping
• Reservations
• Human Resources
• Property Maintenance
• Accounting
All operations must be carried out in accordance with the hotel’s standards, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
• Thai nationality only; male or female, aged between 28–45 years old
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hotel operations, with proven experience in a senior leadership role or at department head level
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in hotel operations
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Computer literate with proficiency in internet usage and hotel management systems (PMS)
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong teamwork mindset
