Role Details

Revenue & Pipeline
Prospect, qualify, and convert wedding and social event leads (domestic & international).
Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts; negotiate to close with profitable mix of spaces, menus, and upsells.
Follow up on room blocks and track pickup; maximize revenues.
Manage and handle MICE operations after Proactive MICE Sales handover files.

Client Experience
Be primary contact from inquiry through handover; respond within agreed SLAs.
Host site inspections, tastings, and virtual tours; craft bespoke itineraries and run-of-show.
Coordinate BEOs with Events, Culinary, AV, and Rooms; ensure timelines, setups, and risk controls are clear.

Other Expectations
Build and nurture relationships with wedding planners, DMCs, photographers, decorators, celebrants, and venues.
Represent the brand at trade shows, showcases, and fam trips; conduct sales calls and roadshows.
Collaborate with Marketing on content (real weddings, styled shoots), offers, and lead magnets; provide briefs and UGC guidelines.
Ensure deposits, payment schedules, and contracts follow company policy.
Drive post-event feedback loops and service recovery where needed.
