Position : Marketing Manager
Reporting to : Director of Marketing
Job Description :
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to support business growth and brand positioning.
- Plan and manage content across digital platforms
- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to produce marketing materials and ensure brand consistency.
- Support the sales team with marketing tools, presentations, collateral, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage outsourced design, production, and creative assets to maintain quality and timely delivery.
- Mange other business units
- Oversee campaign planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to support decision-making.
- Maintain budgets for marketing activities and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and corporate communication standards across all materials.
Qualification and Job Specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in digital or integrated marketing.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, content planning, campaign execution, and Marcom
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines while maintaining high-quality output.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Experience working with creative agencies, designers, and outsourced vendors.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of strategic thinking to support business goals.
- Good command of English for business communication.
