Spa Administrator

Responsibilities:
• Greet guests with a smile and assist in selecting massage programs.
• Manage bookings in the CRM system and communicate with clients in English.
• Handle payments and prepare daily reports.
• Coordinate therapists’ schedules and ensure service quality.
• Translate between English and Thai to facilitate communication between management and staff.
• Handle correspondence and calls with Thai suppliers, organize deliveries and appointments.

Requirements:
• Female, pleasant appearance, under 35 years old.
• Fluent English (required).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a spa, salon, or hotel administrator.
• Responsible, attentive, friendly, and client-oriented.

Conditions:
• Work schedule: 6/1, shifts 11:00–19:00 and 14:00–22:00.
• Salary: 20,000 THB per month.
• 1-month probation period, followed by official employment.
• Friendly team and comfortable atmosphere at the premium spa Namm Spa Boutique (Bang Tao).
