Position : Administrative Officer (Head Office )

Job Detail

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a well-organized working environment
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems
- Prepare reports, memos, and other administrative documents as needed
- Support HR and finance functions with administrative tasks such as document preparation and data entry
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners
- Coordinate and process visa applications and work permit renewals for expatriate staff
- Other related duties.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in administrative or office management roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, professional attitude
