Responsibilities.

Oversee overall hotel operations and ensure all departments run efficiently.
Develop service and marketing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and improve hotel profitability.
Supervise service quality and continuously develop staff performance.
Ensure cleanliness and readiness of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities.
Plan and monitor budgets, expenses, and hotel revenue.
Coordinate with internal and external departments such as Sales, Marketing, Housekeeping, and F&B.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Review and prepare operational reports for management.
Ensure compliance with hotel standards, safety regulations, and labor laws.
Enhance the hotel’s image and develop new activities/services to create differentiation.

Qualifications.

Male/Female, age 30 and above
Bachelor’s degree
Good command of English
At least 5 years of hotel management experience
Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software
Workplace: Le Coral Beach Resort & Café, Tha Mai Rong District, Phang Nga Province
