NO NEED EXPERIENCE
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and reliable **Receptionist** to join our hotel team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our guests and must provide excellent customer service at all times.
**Responsibilities:**
* Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
* Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries in a polite and professional manner
* Manage reservations, cancellations, and room allocations
* Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
* Handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively
* Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
* Maintain accurate records and handle basic administrative tasks
**Requirements:**
* Good command of English (both spoken and written); Thai or Russian language skills are an advantage
* Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred (but not required, training will be provided)
* Professional appearance and positive attitude
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
**Benefits & Conditions:**
* 8-hour workday + 1-hour break
* 6 working days per week, 1 day off
* Social security provided
* Overtime pay and holiday pay
* Staff meals / meal allowance
* Accommodation may be provided for staff (depending on availability)
