Position : OTA. Manager

Job Detail
- Channel Management
o Load and update rates, room availability, and promotions across all OTA
platforms and B2B partners.
o Ensure accuracy and consistency of content, images, and information
across all online channels.
o Monitor and resolve any discrepancies, parity issues, or booking errors in
a timely manner.
 Revenue & Distribution
o Implement dynamic pricing strategies in coordination with the Director of
Sales & Marketing
o Analyze performance reports from OTAs and B2B partners, providing
insights and recommendations to improve revenue.
o Manage allotments, stop-sell, and last-minute availability updates as
needed.

 Relationship Management
o Maintain positive and professional relationships with OTA account
managers and B2B partners.

o Negotiate promotions, marketing campaigns, and partnership
opportunities to increase exposure and sales.
o Stay updated on OTA trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to
identify growth opportunities.

 Systems & Tools
o Effectively use SynXis CRS, Opera PMS, and HoteliersGuru Channel
Manager for rate and inventory management.
o Ensure all systems are updated in real-time with correct data flow and
connectivity.
o Collaborate with IT or vendors to troubleshoot system issues when
required.
Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
(preferred).
 Minimum 2–3 years of experience in OTA/e-commerce management and/or
revenue distribution in hotels.
 Strong knowledge of OTA platforms, dynamic rate structures, and B2B
distribution models.
 Hands-on experience with SynXis CRS, Opera PMS, and HoteliersGuru is
required.
 Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
 Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
 Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
