คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1.เพศชาย/หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 45 ปี
2.สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3.มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีและการเงินทั้งในธุรกิจโรงแรมและธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์
4.มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งหัวหน้างานหรือผู้จัดการ
5.มีความรู้ด้านมาตรฐานการบัญชีไทย (TAS) และกฎหมายภาษีที่เกี่ยวข้องเป็นอย่างดี
6.สามารถจัดทำงบการเงิน รายงานทางการเงิน และวิเคราะห์งบประมาณได้อย่างถูกต้อง
7.มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรมบัญชีและ Microsoft Office
8.หากมีประสบการณ์ใช้ระบบโรงแรม เช่น SORASO System / POS จะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
9.มีทักษะการสื่อสาร ความเป็นผู้นำ และทักษะการแก้ปัญหาที่ดี
10.มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ซื่อสัตย์ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้

Job Qualifications (Financial Controller)

1.Male/Female, age not over 45 years
2.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
3.Experience in accounting and finance in both the hotel industry and the real estate business
4.Experience in a supervisory or managerial role
5.Strong knowledge of Thai Accounting Standards (TAS) and relevant tax regulations
6.Ability to prepare financial statements, financial reports, and budget analysis accurately
7.Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office
8.Experience with hotel systems such as SORASO System / POS is an advantage
9.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
10.Detail-oriented, honest, and able to work under pressure
