Position : Digital Acquisition Manager
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Lead Acquisition.
2. Strong understanding of funnels, conversion metrics, and customer journeys.
3. Skilled in managing ads on Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.
4. Proficient in analyzing campaign data and optimizing results.
5. Able to manage advertising budgets with ROI-focused planning.
6. Strong understanding of tracking tools (GA4, Pixel, Tag Manager).
7. Skilled in building high-performance lead generation strategies.
8. Strong ability in A/B testing and real-time optimization.
9. Excellent coordination with Creative and Sales teams.
10. Data-driven, innovative, and growth-oriented mindset.
