Position : Guest Service Supervisor
Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a guest services role, with at least 1 year in leadership position.
3Customer Service Skills : Strong ability to interact positively with guests, resolve complaints, and ensure a pleasant stay.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to express information clearly and professionally.
Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to manage the front desk’s daily operations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in booking systems and hotel management software; Easyfo skill is more preferable.
Team Leadership : Experience in training and guiding team members; ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork.
Problem-solving : Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle emergencies and unexpected situations effectively.
Flexibility : Availability to work various shifts, including evenings,
