Position : Training and Development manager
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in training and development; hospitality industry experience is an advantage.
Strong presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
Ability to design training programs, learning content, and SOP documents.
Knowledge of Thai labor law basics and HR practices.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and creativity in training delivery.
Fluent in Thai; good command of English.
