Position : Asst.Front Manager
- Oversee the daily operations of the front office, including check-in/out, reservations, and guest relations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and -problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and professional demeanor.
Prior hospitality or hotel management experience is typically required.
