Position : Concierge
การต้อนรับและการบริการเบื้องต้น: ทักทายแขก นำส่ง/รับสัมภาระ ดูแลการเช็คอิน/เอาท์ และให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก.
การจัดการข้อมูลและการแนะนำ: ให้ข้อมูลเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับท้องถิ่น แนะนำร้านอาหาร สถานที่ท่องเที่ยว กิจกรรมต่างๆ ตามความต้องการของแขก.
การอำนวยความสะดวก: จองบริการต่างๆ เช่น รถรับส่ง, ห้องอาหาร, ตั๋วชมงาน, จัดส่งดอกไม้, นัดหมายสปา.
การจัดการคำขอพิเศษ: จัดการคำขอที่ซับซ้อนและเฉพาะเจาะจง เพื่อให้แขกได้รับประสบการณ์ที่ไม่เหมือนใคร.
การดูแลเรื่องจิปาถะ (สำหรับที่พัก): รับ-ส่งพัสดุ จัดการการซักรีด ดูแลเรื่องที่จอดรถ และประสานงานการซ่อมบำรุง.
การจัดการเหตุฉุกเฉิน: จัดการกับสถานการณ์ที่ไม่คาดฝัน เช่น ไฟไหม้ หรือปัญหาเร่งด่วนอื่น ๆ
