Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure services are delivered efficiently, consistently, and to a high standard
- Manage and coordinate operational teams, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and staff development
- Implement and maintain operational policies, SOPs, and best practices
- Monitor operational costs and work closely with Finance to control budgets and improve cost efficiency
- Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure service quality and compliance
- Identify operational risks and resolve issues proactively to minimize disruption
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards
- Prepare regular operational reports and updates for management
- Support management with planning, process improvement, and special projects as required
- Build and maintain effective professional relationships with villa owners and key company stakeholders.

Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in hospitality management
- Strong knowledge of property maintenance, housekeeping operations, and basic accounting
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with clear communication and strong active-listening skills
- Flexible and proactive, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be able to drive and hold a valid driving license, with access to a personal vehicle
