Head of Activities & Nanny Team

???? OTO Play Park – Central Floresta
???? Salary: 25,000 THB + Service Charge

OTO Play Park is looking for a high-energy, highly communicative leader to head our Activity Team and Nanny Team at our Central Floresta branch.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves kids, loves people, and leads from the front.

???? Main Responsibilities:
-Lead and supervise the Activity Hosts & Nanny Team
-Ensure smooth daily floor operations
-Monitor service quality, safety, and staff performance
-Create a super fun, positive, high-energy atmosphere
in the park
-Train and guide team members to maintain OTO standards
-Be fully present on the floor – this is not an office position

???? Requirements:
-Very strong English skills (must confidently communicate with international parents)
-Excellent communication and leadership ability
-Experience managing a team (kids environment, hospitality or similar preferred)
-Positive, energetic and responsible personality
-Strong problem-solving mindset
-This is a key leadership role responsible for the daily energy and quality of the OTO experience.
