Our advanced wellness medicine practice collates wisdom and insight from all corners of wellness, including medicine, naturopathy, psychology, Chinese medicine and nutrition. Position : Customer Service
• At least 3 years of experience as a receptionist
• Experience in a medical clinic and wellness business is an advantage
• Customer-oriented mindset with good telephone manner
• Proactive, eager to learn, able to work under pressure, pleasant personality
• Appropriate computer skills for work
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Positive outlook and outgoing personality
• Flexibility, strong problem-solving skills and multi-tasking ability
