Position : Chef de Partie

Job Detail
3–5 years of professional kitchen experience, with at least 1–2 years as Demi Chef de Partie or equivalent

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in European cuisine (e.g. French, Italian, Mediterranean)

Ability to prepare and present dishes according to standard recipes, portion control, and quality standards

Good understanding of kitchen operations, food cost control, and inventory management

Knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards (HACCP certification is an advantage)

Ability to supervise and guide Commis Chefs and ensure proper kitchen discipline

Strong time management and organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume kitchen environment

Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

Positive attitude, professional appearance, and commitment to quality and consistency

Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
