Position : F&B Attendant

Job Detail

1–2 years of experience in hotels, restaurants, or resorts (preferred)

Friendly, polite, and professional attitude

Ability to handle guest requests and complaints calmly

Strong guest-focused mindset

Understanding of menu items, ingredients, and allergens

Basic knowledge of beverages (soft drinks, coffee, tea, mocktails)

Familiarity with service styles (buffet, à la carte, room service)
