We are inviting passionate hospitality professionals to join the Pre-Opening Team of a new luxury hotel featuring 260 elegantly designed rooms, located in Cherngtalay area.
Above Element has been thoughtfully curated with a distinctive sense of style and timeless elegance, reflecting a philosophy of sustainable prosperity. The property offers a refined living experience inspired by a tropical resort ambiance, while remaining effortlessly connected to the comfort, vibrancy, and charm of beachside living.

Position : Executive Chef
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, menu planning, and maintaining high food quality standards
- Expertise in food cost control, inventory management, and purchasing
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop kitchen teams
- Creative mindset with the ability to design and innovate menus aligned with the hotel’s concept and guest expectations
- Thorough understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and HACCP
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work closely with management and other departments
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Professional attitude, high sense of responsibility, and strong work ethic
