- Thai nationality
- Good Communication skills in English
- Service-minded, friendly, and positive attitude
- Able to work in shifts
- Experience in hotel front office or guest services is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
- Coordinate with other department to ensure guest satisfaction
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Perform front desk and guest service duties as assigned
