Job Summary
Responsible for supervising and caring for children participating in Kid’s Club activities. Organizes age-appropriate activities that promote learning, fun, and safety, ensuring a positive experience for both children and their parents.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and provide attentive care to children participating in Kid’s Club activities
• Plan and conduct creative activities such as arts and crafts, games, playtime, and developmental activities
• Ensure children’s safety, hygiene, and proper behavior throughout the service period
• Welcome children and parents, and provide information regarding activities, rules, and schedules
• Inspect and maintain toys, equipment, and Kid’s Club areas to ensure cleanliness and readiness for use
• Strictly comply with the hotel’s Child Safety and Child Protection policies
• Immediately report any accidents, unusual incidents, or behaviors requiring attention to the supervisor
• Promote a friendly, warm, and child-appropriate environment
• Coordinate with other related departments as required
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in child care, Kid’s Club, or childcare centers will be an advantage
• Patient, responsible, and genuinely enjoys working with children
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with children and parents
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Knowledge of child first aid or relevant certifications will be an advantage
• Basic proficiency in English communication
