Sales (Marketing & Sales Officer)

We are looking for a proactive and challenge-driven Field Sales Representative to expand our customer base and business partners in Phuket. This role focuses on on-site customer visits, service presentations, and building long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and conduct regular field visits to acquire new customers and partners (e.g., hotels, tour operators, retail shops, and tourism-related businesses).

2. Visit prospects on-site to present the company’s services, close sales, and follow up on leads.

3. Maintain relationships with existing customers, drive repeat business, and grow accounts (Account Management).

4. Monitor market trends and competitors; prepare weekly performance and sales pipeline reports to the supervisor.

5. Achieve sales targets as assigned by the company.

Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. 1–2 years of experience in Field Sales (experience in tourism/service industries is a plus).

3. Strong communication and negotiation skills, professional personality, service-minded, and able to handle urgent situations effectively.

4. Own a car or motorcycle with a valid driver’s license.

5. Able to work in the field and prepare basic reports using LINE/Excel/Google Workspace.
