Position : Assistant Chief Engineer
- At least 5 years of experience in building maintenance or engineering.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Experience with building automation and energy management systems.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in hotels & resorts.
Familiarity with sustainability initiatives.
