Position : Reservation Officer
- Previous experience in reservations or front office is an advantage
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
- Proficient in hotel reservation systems (e.g. Opera, PMS) and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with a service-minded attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
