Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute digital-first marketing strategy aligned with brand and revenue goals
• Lead social media content strategy, calendar planning, posting, and community management (FB/IG/TikTok)
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta/TikTok/Google) including targeting, A/B testing, and reporting
• Manage online reputation across Google, TripAdvisor, OTAs, and social channels
• Collaborate with Sales/Revenue/F&B/Operations to deliver campaigns, packages, and experiences
• Work with agencies, creators/KOLs, and media; manage briefs, deliverables, and performance tracking
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications or related field
• 5–8 years’ experience in marketing with strong digital & social focus; 2–3 years in managerial/lead role
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads; strong grasp of ROAS/CPA/Conversion metrics
• Strong luxury brand storytelling, content direction, and attention to detail
• Experience in luxury/boutique hotels, premium lifestyle brands, or fine dining is preferred
• Excellent English communication (written & spoken); additional languages are a plus
• Able to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
