Position : Assistant Food and Beverage Manager
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel Food & Beverage operations, with management-level experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Solid knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and hotel operational standards.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts and under pressure.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
