Position : Assistant Store Manager
- Assist in managing daily café operations
- Support staff scheduling, training, and supervision
- Ensure food and beverage quality and service standards
- Coordinate between kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams
- Assist with inventory control and stock checking
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations and problem-solving
Requirements:
- Prior experience in food, café, or restaurant business is required
- Leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Good English communication skills are required
