Job Vacancy: Night Shift Villa Inspector

Location: Rawai & Nai Harn, Phuket

TropicLook is looking for a responsible and well-organized Night Shift Villa Inspector. This role
combines night villa inspections with control of the cleaning schedule to ensure all villas are
properly cleaned, fully equipped, and ready for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct independent night inspections of villas.
• Check all villa items according to company standards.
• Ensure villas are fully equipped and guest-ready.
• Create clear inspection reports after each shift.
• Prepare lists of items that need to be purchased, replaced, or repaired.
• Create and manage villa cleaning schedules.
• Control the work of the outsourced housekeeping company.
• Check that all scheduled cleanings are completed correctly.
• Identify missed clean-ups and cleaning mistakes.
• Provide cleaning schedules and instructions to housekeeping at the end of the night shift.
• Report cleaning issues and repeated problems to management.

Requirements:

• Experience in property management, hospitality, inspections, or housekeeping control is a
strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly during night shifts.
• Own motorbike or car and ability to move between villas.
• Laptop required for reports and scheduling.
• High attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and honest.
Working Conditions:
• Night shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM.
• Working areas: Rawai & Nai Harn, Phuket.
Salary:
12,000 – 15,000 THB per month. Final salary is discussed during the job interview.

บริษัท TropicLook กำลังมองหาพนักงานตำแหน่งเจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจสอบวิลล่ากะกลางคืน ที่มีความรับผิดชอบและมีทักษะการจัดการงานที่ดี โดยตำแหน่งนี้มีหน้าที่ตรวจสอบวิลล่าในช่วงกลางคืน ควบคุมตารางงานทำความสะอาด เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าวิลล่าทุกหลังสะอาด พร้อมใช้งาน และพร้อมต้อนรับลูกค้า

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

-ตรวจสอบวิลล่าในช่วงกลางคืนด้วยตนเอง
-ตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์และสิ่งของภายในวิลล่าตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท
-ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของวิลล่าสำหรับการเข้าพักของลูกค้า
-จัดทำรายงานการตรวจสอบหลังจบกะงาน
-จัดทำรายการสิ่งของที่ต้องซื้อ เปลี่ยน หรือซ่อมแซม
-จัดทำและบริหารตารางงานทำความสะอาดของวิลล่า
-ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการทำงานของบริษัทแม่บ้าน Outsource
-ตรวจสอบว่างานทำความสะอาดตามตารางเสร็จสมบูรณ์และถูกต้อง
-ตรวจสอบงานทำความสะอาดที่ตกหล่นหรือผิดพลาด
-ส่งมอบตารางงานและคำแนะนำให้ทีมแม่บ้านหลังจบกะกลางคืน
-รายงานปัญหางานทำความสะอาดและปัญหาที่เกิดซ้ำให้ฝ่ายบริหารทราบ

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

-มีประสบการณ์ด้านบริหารทรัพย์สิน โรงแรม การตรวจสอบ หรือควบคุมงานแม่บ้าน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
-สามารถทำงานได้อย่างอิสระและมีความรับผิดชอบในช่วงกลางคืน
-มีรถจักรยานยนต์หรือรถยนต์ส่วนตัว และสามารถเดินทางระหว่างวิลล่าได้
-มีโน้ตบุ๊กสำหรับจัดทำรายงานและจัดตารางงาน
-มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และมีทักษะการจัดการงานที่ดี
-มีความน่าเชื่อถือ ตรงต่อเวลา และซื่อสัตย์

เงื่อนไขการทำงาน

-เวลาทำงาน: กะกลางคืน 18:00 – 02:00 น.
-พื้นที่ปฏิบัติงาน: ราไวย์ และในหาน จังหวัดภูเก็ต
-เงินเดือน 12,000 – 15,000 บาท/เดือน (เงินเดือนสุดท้ายจะพิจารณาตามประสบการณ์ในวันสัมภาษณ์งาน)
