Position : Quality Control Manager

Job Detail

• 3–5 years in quality assurance or operations management in hospitality or a similar service environment. Experience in managing cluster or multi-property operations is a strong advantage.
• Good English Language and local language skills
• Strong auditing, analytical, and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lead training and motivate cross-functional teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and guest feedback tools
• Proficient in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and auditing practices.
• Familiarity with safety standards, engineering maintenance practices, and sustainability reporting.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage cross-department collaboration, and drive culture change.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
